While we offer a variety of options to fit your liquidating needs, most fall within 2 categories.
Traditional Estate Sale
This option consists of a sale hosted at your residence, with 2-3 weekend sale dates. We do all of the staging, cleaning, pricing and marketing.
Cleanouts or Buyouts
With this option, we give you a cash offer on the contents you need liquidated. If you accept, we come back at a later date and remove everything within 2-7 days.
